How do we protect your data?

Where do we store your data?
Your data is stored on Microsoft Azure secure cloud services, that are GDPR and HIPAA compliant, and trusted for their highest levels of data security

How long do we keep your data
​
We retain your pseudo-anonymised personal data (userIDs are kept separately from data and only accessible by the data controller) for as long as you use the app, and your fully anonymised data (userIDs are deleted) after for a reasonable period thereafter to comply with legal obligations.

Who can see your data?

Just you Your data is only visible to you and is not shared with any third parties or sold in any way.

The MindPsy team Authorized MindPsy staff may access your data to help you better understand your mental health, but they follow strict rules to protect your privacy. This data is kept separately from any identifying information, so the team will not know who the data belongs to. ​

MindPsy belongs to a UK company, so all data is stored within UK servers. If ownership was transferred outside of the European Economic Area (EEA), we ensure it is protected with appropriate safeguards. We would let you know about any changes in ownership and how we will protect your data before any changes occur.
